TCDP Donor Identification
An archived Flask application for matching donor records to voter-file records by phone number.
I built a small Flask and SQLite application to help match campaign donor records with voter-file information. It used phone numbers to identify possible matches and gave the task a dedicated web interface.
This was an early record-linkage project. The later Travis County voter-data application added broader search, mapping, and list-building tools.
