I’m a full-stack engineer working in Python, SQL, Django, React, and TypeScript. I build data pipelines, maps, and web applications.
Before that, I worked as a policy analyst at Texas AFT and a legislative director in the Texas House.
I now lead Data for Public Education, a research and software practice focused on Texas public schools. I’m also building Molt, a compiler that turns Python into native binaries and WebAssembly.
I continue to work on comma.ai’s lossy video compression challenge. My submissions, PRs #107, #110, and #140, have all appeared on the leaderboard.
